Truth Boating Hillary Clinton
July 29, 2007
Equal Justice Foundation of America, the public interest foundation dedicated to “Aiding Whistleblowers who expose corruption and abuse of the Rule of Law in America” announced today that it is designating the Los Angeles court case of Paul v Hillary Rodham Clinton et al as the most significant Whistleblowing activity in the nation in 2007.
“The civil fraud suit Paul v Hillary Clinton et al represents the efforts of Hillary Clinton's largest 2000 campaign donor turned Whistleblower, Peter Paul, to use the civil courts to expose the multitude of frauds and obstructions of justice that Hillary Clinton engaged in, with the help of then President Bill Clinton and leaders of the DNC, to win her first election to the Senate and avoid any accountability to the Rule of Law,” commented EJFA President and Founder James Nesfield.
“Because of the significance of the allegations involved, the mountain of evidence that supports these allegations, capped by the recent release of a smoking gun video that captures Hillary Clinton in the act of violating the law, inexplicably withheld for six years by a government agency, Paul v Clinton has been selected by EJFA as the most important whistleblowing activity in the nation for 2007.”
Clinton and Obama’s Poll Numbers Suffer Due To Infighting
July 29, 2007
By Paul Harris
Senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, the Democratic party's frontrunners for the White House, are locked in a battle that has unleashed a raft of negative campaigning as their party debates who should be its 2008 presidential candidate.

An ugly fight between the two politicians raged all last week in the first serious bout of open infighting in the current Democratic political campaign. Previous spats had broken out between campaign officials, but now the candidates are openly attacking each other.
There are signs that the fight has damaged both the top-tier candidates and perhaps opened a door of opportunity to another Democrat contender. A CNN poll in the vital first voting state of Iowa showed both Clinton and Obama had dropped six per cent each to second and third place respectively. Left-wing candidate John Edwards led the Iowa poll by five points, though he still trails Obama and Clinton in all national polls.
Edwards, sensing his moment, has joined the fight by attacking both the frontrunners. 'We have had two good people, Democratic candidates for President, who have spent their time attacking each other instead of attacking the problems this country faces,' he said at a campaign event at the end of last week.
The duration and viciousness of the Clinton-Obama spat has caught Washington by surprise and marks the end of the 'phoney war' between the two leading campaigns. It throws serious doubt on whether Clinton - if she wins the nomination, as many expect - can now choose Obama as a running mate. Democrat insiders make little secret of her dislike for Obama's campaign and anger at the challenge it represents.

This story is about the Clinton role in the collapse of a public company, Stan Lee Media, Bill Clinton">the Clinton role in the collapse of a public company, Stan Lee Media, Bill Clinton" />#39;s failure to honor a verbal agreement with Peter Paul to come aboard Stan Lee Media as a rainmaker, four false FEC reports, a conspiracy at the highest levels of the DNC, and the greatest campaign finance fraud in U.S. history. It is a crime that was done in broad daylight, but if people don't see it on network news or read it in the NEW YORK TIMES or WASHPOST (or WSJ), apparently it never happened.

This case will be documented in an upcoming film: HILLARY EXPOSED (yes, I am sorry for the mental picture)

Doing so would make Peter Paul" />#39;s substantial contributions a direct donation to her Senate campaign rather than her joint fundraising committee, violating federal statutes that limit "hard money" contributions to a candidate to $2,000 per person. Furthermore, knowingly accepting or soliciting $25,000 or more in a calendar year is a felony carrying a prison sentence of up to five years.
Hillary was involved in solicitation and coordination of the massive illegal donation. It was clearly not to benefit any joint committee — it was to benefit her. You can hear Tonken tell her that she was the only reason people were attending. Hillary even solicited Cher, the in-kind value of which was never declared. None of the in-kind value of any of the performers was declared. On the tape, Hillary admits being extensively briefed by Craighead. She offers her help for the gala. In her declaration, she even accidentally admits the truth that the concert portion done by Gary Smith was for "my Senate campaign." She must have been tired when she admitted that. Had she carried on the previous lies of her counsel, she would have said that it was for her joint fundraising committee.
After two false FEC reports, claiming only $366,000 of the more than $1.6 mil spent by Paul, Paul filed a civil suit. On July 18, 2001, his counsel held a press conference at the National Press Club, and a messenger hand delivered a demand letter to Hillary's office. On July 11, 2001, David Kendall had accepted service for Hillary. Included were bank deposits, cancelled checks, and invoices for $1.6 mil spent by Paul. Nevertheless, Hillary allowed her treasurer, Andrew Grossman, to file a third fraudulent FEC report on July 30, claiming $401,000 for Event 39.

The dangers of Hillary and hubris
July 29, 2007
By Steve Chapman
During the Democratic debate in South Carolina, I heard something I never expected to hear: Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton coming out against U.S. military intervention.

At least I think she was coming out against U.S. military intervention. Asked if U.S. troops should be sent to Darfur, the New York Democrat made a valiant effort to dodge the question by declaiming about sanctions, divestment and U.N. peacekeepers. But when pressed, "How about American troops on the ground?" she finally said, a bit awkwardly, "American ground troops I don't think belong in Darfur at this time."
But don't bet that she'll stick to that position if she's elected. It goes against type. Mrs. Clinton favored intervention in Haiti in 1994. She favored intervention in Bosnia in 1995. She favored intervention in Kosovo in 1999. As first lady, Mrs. Clinton said, "I am very pleased that this president and administration have made democracy one of the centerpieces of our foreign policy." Before the Kosovo war, she phoned Bill from Africa and, she recalled later, "I urged him to bomb."
Among her critics, Mrs. Clinton is known for a mother-knows-best domestic policy that relies on overbearing interference from Washington to remake the landscape to her specifications. The flip side is a mother-knows-best foreign policy that relies on overbearing interference from Washington to remake the landscape to her specifications.
Democrats hope that when it comes to international affairs, Mrs. Clinton would represent a big change from President Bush. Republicans harbor that fear. In truth, this is one realm where the two are more alike than different.
She didn't support the war because she was hoodwinked by Mr. Bush. She didn't do it for strictly political reasons. She supported it because of her conception of America's proper role in the world - which combines a thirst for altruistic missions with a faith in the value of military force to get what you want. Those same impulses, of course, motivated the neoconservatives who urged President Bush to go into Iraq. On the morning after the South Carolina debate, the Clinton campaign trotted out former Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright to gush about the senator's declaration that she would not meet with various dictators "until we know better what the way forward would be. … She gave a very sophisticated answer that showed her understanding of the diplomatic process."
Hillary’s Marxist Idea: Government schools for ‘public servants’
July 29, 2007
Hillary Clinton has announced that if elected President, the very first thing she will do is start up schools all over the United States just to train future "public servants."
If you want Marxists, you have to start them young. Just ask the Arabs.
These young public servants will be taught how to confiscate money from the rich to give to the poor…the rich being anyone who makes UNDER 200,000. The really rich don't have to pay taxes as we all know.
BUT, only people nice to Hillary will be able to get their kids into these schools, and they of course will be exempt from having to pay tuition.
Oprah will be allowed to send the usual quota of poor black kids, for the photo op.
The children picked to attend, must have all 101 shots, be listening to the full collection of Hillary's Tapes for the Young Mind, belong to the Democratic Party, and be chipped, and cloned.
They must also report to class, before the third week of life. Any babies over one year, will NOT be accepted.
There will be classes in "How to Rule Morons," "How to Blackmail Enemies," and "How to Become an Actor on the Stage of the World," and "How to Put Women in Power."
The classes sure to be filled is: "How to Impeach" and "How to not Answer Questions, I and II. "
"How to Control the Media," will be a prerequisite for all freshman.
Bill Clinton will also teach a class called; "How to Lie to a Grand Jury And Look Stupid."
The old standard "Divide and Conquer," will be a mandatory class every single year, as will the teachings of Mao, and Hitler, who was a favorite study of Bill's.
