Hillary Clinton: Bill advises me whenever he can
November 9, 2007
Democrat Hillary Clinton said today her husband, former President Bill Clinton, “counsels and advises me every day that he can,” in between the demands of his own schedule.

A reporter asked her this morning if Bill Clinton’s comments were “a distraction” to her campaign. On the campaign trail Thursday in Onawa, he quipped that he and his wife are “artifacts.”
"Hillary and I, maybe we're just artifacts," he said. "Sometimes I hear some of these candidates talking, it's like they make me feel like a mummy. I'm only 61. I don't feel like I’ve got a leg in the grave yet."
