How exactly is Hillary qualified?
November 17, 2007
To the Editor: I've been wracking my brain to think of any knowledge or experience that Hillary Clinton has that makes her "the most qualified candidate to be the next president." Is it her expertise at commodity trading? Perhaps it's her unsurpassed ability to suppress bimbo eruptions?
Hillary’s pathetic dream to be Victim in Chief

ISSUE: Sen. Hillary Clinton's accusations against her rival candidates of "piling on."
If Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton can't stand the heat, she should get back into the kitchen ("Her Delicate Condition," Kathleen Parker, PostOpinion, Nov. 4).

We are finally getting to witness the real and unscripted Hillary.
The "deer in the headlights" look we saw in her face during the last debate belies the carefully crafted and rehearsed image of a strong feminist woman.
Tim Russert is to be commended for finally asking some hard questions. Imagine when Rudy Giuliani debates her with his real record of achievements and true credentials.

A Reader Gets ‘It’: Hillary Clinton is not qualified
November 5, 2007
What's in a name? If her name wasn't Clinton, would Hillary Clinton be considered a legitimate candidate? The woman has no resume!
The 2008 election is not a popularity contest! Mrs. Clinton certainly has no credentials to be the most powerful political leader of the free world. She has never held an executive position. She rode (literally) Air Force One, White House parties and the Clinton name to become the carpetbag senator from New York, where registered Democrat voters outnumber Republicans two to one.
Actually it's the only real job she ever had, because she can't recall any details or facts of any cases she worked on with the Rose law firm in Arkansas.
She isn't qualified!

Letter to the Editor: Is John Edwards The True Anti-Hillary?
October 26, 2007
Barack Hussein Obama is a youngster in a grown-up world; he has no experience that entitles him to be the president of the United States. His gaffes on foreign and social policies clarify his inexperience. But it is all a ploy, meant to be. Obama's candidacy was planned by the Democratic Party to make Hillary Rodham Clinton appear more qualified.
It is all game of mirrors. No one can identify what policy, proposal or accomplishment was ever done by Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton since she became a U.S. Senator or even as the first lady. Hillary Rodham Clinton is also not qualified to be president. Neither Clinton nor Obama has ever run a business, never prepared a budget, never managed people, never served in the armed forces, have no record of any accomplishments on social issues, yet these two people are the front runners for the Democratic nomination for president?
An Iowa Voter: ‘Is Hillary Clinton not open to voters’ questions?’
October 19, 2007
Questions about Hillary abound in Iowa:
I recently read on the New York Times Web site that Hillary Clinton no longer takes questions from Iowa caucus-goers.
The reporter said it's because she wants to protect her front-runner status. After the recent debacle with a man in New Hampton, I can understand why she's doing that.
When asked a tough, but valid question about Iran, she dodged the question and accused the man of being sent by another campaign. Is this really the kind of behavior we want in our next president: evasive, combative, arrogant? It sounds like George Bush all over again.
Here in Iowa, it's not the millions of dollars and bandwagon slogans that matter. We want to know where the candidates stand on the issues. If Clinton can't answer a simple question about a very important Senate vote, she is going to have bigger problems on her hands come January.
I'm going to caucus for a candidate who can defend his positions on the issues and is capable of communicating with caucus-goers. That won't be Clinton.
